A $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON ALL RETURNS
- Complete this return/exchange form. Remember to include the invoice number from your original number.
- Pack all your items in the original package along with your return/exchange form.
If you forget to include the form, it could take us up to 30 days to
complete your return/exchange.
- Ship your items back.

It's a good idea to get a tracking number for
your package. Please note, we cannot make your
return/exchange if your package gets lost on the way back to us.

be returned or exchanged. Please make sure all goods are unworn and in the box or bag they came in.

International Shipping Policies
Please
allow 7-28 days (unless otherwise noted on shipping option) for your
package to reach its destination.
Your
package will be subject to customs/duties charges. 9FIVE is not
responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by
your local customs office. 9FIVE cannot determine, in advance, what
these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing
the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than
the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal
value, while minimizing your costs. Unfortunately, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any
customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established
business, we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties
charges, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Please note that International Priority Mail (which is the default
option for free international shipping during promotions) is
not track-able, although customs forms are scanned upon outgoing and
again when it is received. To avoid any shipping discrepancies we highly
suggest using Express Mail International which is track-able and
more reliable.
